Midwest Geospatial Academy is a public benefit non-profit corporation registered in the state of Missouri. The IRS has stated that Midwest Geospatial Academy (MGA) is a 509(a)(2) Tax Exempt Organization under IRS Section(s) 2055, 2106, or 2522. Donors can deduct contributions under IRC Section 170 of the 501(c)(3) Public Charity tax-exempt code. Your donation helps to operate the school as well as to improve the curriculum and services to the students and the public. Some key specifics are:

• Facilitating the process of government certifications and approvals, accreditations, and information data collection and reporting that will be required
• Equipment and supplies needed for teaching our labs and to facilitate teaching materials for instructors
• Insurance coverage for the school, coverage for its directors, staff and faculty and for insuring equipment and supplies against loss
• Office expenses including personnel, rent, equipment and supplies
