About Us

Our Story

Midwest Geospatial Academy (MGA) is a newly formed college to provide education for the surveying profession.  It will launch by offering surveying coursework in August 2024.  The school will offer hybrid courses for Surveying I and II as well as these fully online courses: Land Records: Researching and Using; Legal Aspects of Boundary Surveying; and the new fifth course, Elements of Surveying Practice. The courses have all been reviewed and approved as acceptable educational content for land surveying licensure by the Land Surveying Division of the Missouri Board for Architects, Prof. Engineers,  Prof. Land Surveyors and Prof. Landscape Architects (APEPLSPLA).
